Regular offerings

Listen and talk:  Talks and discussion on topics of current concern.

Music groups: An opportunity for those who play a musical instrument (at whatever level) to play or sing together for fun and relaxation and to prepare contributions for our worship. Sessions for instrumentalists and singers.

Taking it further: The preacher leads further reflection and discussion to take further the themes raised in the sermon.

Did you see …..? We look or listen together at some popular  topical item - a TV soap, a film, a book, music, whatever.

Singing for All: A chance to enjoy singing together and learn new songs for future worship. Not a choir!

Feedback: An opportunity to discuss a previous week’s act of worship with those leading it. Partly to assist those who lead our worship in knowing how their efforts were received, and partly an opportunity to discuss further topics raised.

Worship Preparation: A time when those involved in leading worship can get together to develop a future week’s service. Also on occasions an opportunity for those who do not usually lead worship to learn and practice the art - be it reading, leading prayers, or preaching a sermon.

Quietness:  A couple of short (15min) meditative sessions for those who want to try using silent forms of worship and prayer.

My life: A member of the congregation talks about some aspect of their life and work.

Show and Tell:  A chance to see and hear about something made by one of the congregation.
