Sundays The Congregation
Normally numbers around 35
With around 25 adults and 10 children and young people
Has a good mix of people of different ages and backgrounds
Is drawn from the South of Manchester

Our Sunday
We begin at 10am each Sunday
We start with worship, then a coffee break before we continue with various activities, ending with a short epilogue by noon
The service is carefully structured, but informal in style
Children of all ages are welcome in the service. They generally leave part way through to follow their own Junior Church classes, but occasionally remain and join in the whole service.

Our Beliefs
Are many and varied
We  have an open, exploratory approach to faith and belief. We avoid dogma, fundamentalism and prescription.
We acknowledge that there are no easy answers to hard questions.
We believe that true faith reveals itself in action
We are Baptists because of the tradition of dissent and freedom in belief, because we believe that the local congregation is best equipped to make decisions about its own direction, and in spite of much of the rest of the denomination.
Though we offer believers baptism, it is not a precondition of membership.
When you come you will find a warm welcome, friendly but not pushy.
A chance to join in worship and other activities that are thoughtful and challenging.
The opportunity to meet others in a relaxed setting.
Space for reflection and quiet, with no demands to get involved.
